Let’s be honest, most of us start planning our dream wedding way before we get engaged –
We started in the morning with a couple of shots which have us the chance to get to know Becca and Chris and for them to become more relaxed in front of the camera. This is a brilliant way for couples to assess a photographer before making the commitment of a booking and gives us valuable experience of how they will be on the big day.
Neither Becca nor Chris are models, so they were naturally a little nervous to start with –
After lunch it was onto the wedding shoot. The wedding had a vintage feel and Becca looked stunning in a gorgeous fifties style dress customised by the stylist and a sweet little birdcage veil. Becca borrowed her grandmother’s engagement ring (a beautiful sapphire) in keeping with the vintage theme. Chris looked sharp in a coordinating sharp suit, skinny tie and braces. We were able to take some photos in the local church and Chris actually looked like a nervous groom as he stood waiting for Becca. All in all it was a lot of fun and they made a gorgeous bride and groom.
